W. R. Berkley Company has introduced the appointment of Lee Iannarone as senior vp and normal counsel.
Iannarone will assume the function efficient instantly, the corporate stated. He succeeds Philip S. Welt, who will proceed to function govt vp and secretary.
In his new place, Iannarone will report on to Welt and assume accountability for overseeing the authorized affairs of the corporate.
