An alien-looking, see-through squid with demonic crimson eyes has been filmed within the deep waters off the coast of Alaska.

Researchers from the Nationwide Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Ocean Exploration group noticed the glass squid (Taonius borealis) on July 15 whereas working a remote-operated automobile (ROV) at a depth of round 2,300 toes (700 meters) within the Pacific waters surrounding Alaska’s Aleutian Islands. The dive was the primary of NOAA’s Seascape Alaska 3 expedition onboard the NOAA ship Okeanos Explorer, which aimed to map unexplored areas of the deep sea within the state’s unique financial zone (EEZ).
